How Payment Works

  • Sistah Pause™ is a cash-based practice, so we don't bill insurance directly. However, you can use your insurance for:

    • Lab work (most insurance covers comprehensive panels)

    • Diagnostic testing

    • Prescription medications (when covered by your plan)

    We provide detailed receipts and documentation you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • We accept:

    • All major credit and debit cards

    • FSA/HSA cards

    • Medication costs are separate and not included in program pricing

    • All programs and services are final and non-refundable once lab requisitions are sent

  • Yes! We accept FSA/HSA cards for all services and programs.

  • We understand that $697 is an investment. Consider using your FSA/HSA card, or speak with us about payment options. Many women find that the cost of NOT getting answers—wasted appointments, ineffective treatments, and ongoing suffering—far exceeds the cost of Discovery.

  • All programs and services are final and non-refundable once lab requisitions are sent. We stand behind our work, and if you don't walk away from your Discovery Session with clarity, we'll refund your consultation fee.

  • Program pricing includes your treatment plan, provider consultations, wellness coaching, nutrition guidance, and care coordination. Prescription medications and supplements are separate and billed based on your specific treatment plan.

  • Medication costs vary based on your treatment plan. See the pricing details above, or discuss specific costs with your provider during your Discovery Session. We're transparent about all costs upfront.
